SCUD make-up tasks

Add any tasks that can or must be performed outside of the normal SCUD cycle and that we can assign as make-up tasks to any interested members.

Make sure to indicate whether a task requires more than one person and/or the presence of a steward so that we can help you organize a crew at a date and time that’s convenient for you.
