We’re happy to greet new visitors, and have Membership Team people around every week who can give you a thorough tour of the space and tell you a little bit about who we are as an Organization. And if, after you’ve explored the space a bit, you’re interested in joining us, the Membership Team can start the signup process with you that same evening.
Please note that we do not do signups without the in-person meeting & tour with the person registering.
The vibe of an Open House night is chill and social. People work quietly on smaller projects (we ask that louder work be reserved for either before or after the event), throw ideas around and share progress on them, meet for food and drinks together, and generally enjoy each others company. The perfect time to meet many of the “regulars” who make Site 3 keep happening.
Thursday open house night is the usual time to empty the garbage cans / recycling boxes into the large bins. Members, Please help out if you are around!
The bins themselves go out to Ossington Avenue, right next to the telephone pole.
The bins are picked up around 10:30 to 11:00 pm, so we can bring them back in the same evening
Extra garbage bags are stored in the upstairs bathroom on the shelves.
Please crush your beer cans in one of the can crushers and place in one of the dedicated empties bins. Likewise, bottles also go into the glass empties bins. We return the cans for recycling.
