Drinking alcohol at Site 3, but with certain commonsense rules and restrictions:

• Absolutely no use of power tools while or after drinking any amount of alcohol. As this is a shared space, it is not only your own safety we are concerned about, but also that of bystanders. We consider power tools to be any of the welding equipment, powered stationary woodworking tools like the table saw, planer, etc., the and laser cutter.

• No excessive drinking. If it’s becoming a problem, we may cut you off, and if it’s a persistent problem, you may be asked to leave.

• Members are welcome to keep a few drinks in the mini-fridge upstairs, but please be sure to label them with you name and date. Beers are left in here frequently, and at some point we will round up abandoned beers are give them out on a SCUD day.

• Please crush your beer cans in one of the can crushers and place in one of the dedicated empties bins. Likewise, bottles also go into the glass empties bins. We return the cans for recycling.
